I have been trying to lose weight since I was a teenager over 40 yrs ago. I’ve tried everything including calorie counting, Slimming World, Rosemary Conley, Cambridge etc. Yes, every time I have lost weight, but when I stopped, the weight would pile back on and more.
The power and reality has not come from my head.

This Christmas with high stress levels and my weight at its highest I decided to find ME and to take control. I rang Judith and we had a chat over the phone. I saw her twice over the next 2 weeks, we had a pleasant talk and I settled down while she Hypnotised me. A wonderful melting relaxing feeling.

That was 5 weeks ago, since then I have changed my entire life. I am cooking and eating healthy foods. I have surprised myself how much control I have over what goes in my mouth. This little voice in my head telling me what I can eat is so much louder than the emotion “grab for it” urge I used to have. I have control now.

I have lost a stone already and can’t believe how well this is working for me, I love it. I am socialising more I have taken up a new hobby and feel healthier. I would recommend that everyone who needs to get their life back on track need to see Judith.
